Nate Ruess’ “Nothing Without Love” Repeats as Hot AC’s Most Added; Mumford’s “Believe” Follows

Hot adult contemporary programmers continue to show their love for Nate Ruess’ new single.

For the second consecutive week, Ruess’ “Nothing Without Love” ranks as the format’s most added song. The fun. frontman’s solo single picked up support from 22 monitored stations this week.

Already #25 on the Hot AC airplay chart, “Nothing Without Love” is pacing like a hit.

As far as adds go, the song’s closest competition comes from Mumford & Sons’ “Believe.” The track won pickups from 17 monitored Hot AC stations.

Jason Derulo’s new “Want to Want Me” follows with 11 adds, while The Weeknd’s “Earned It” earned support from 10. Andy Grammer’s “Honey, I’m Good,” Florida Georgia Line’s “Sun Daze” and George Ezra’s “Budapest” tie for fifth-most added with 8 pickups each.

Other popular Hot AC options: Pitbull’s “Time of our Lives (featuring Ne-Yo)” (7 adds, 8th-most added), Echosmith’s “Bright” (6 adds, 9th-most added), James Bay’s “Hold Back the River” (6 adds, 9th-most added), Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song” (6 adds, 9th-most added).
