Ratings: USA Network’s “Suits” Improves, Remains Deflated

USA Network’s “Suits” has fallen to that dreaded point at which week-over-week ratings improvement does not change the disappointing overall picture.

Up from last week’s 0.45 adults 18-49 rating and 1.46 million viewership average, this week’s “Suits” performance clocked in at a 0.46 with 1.70 million viewers.

Wednesday’s episode enjoyed a 16% uptick in total viewership and a slight rise in adults 18-49, it ultimately offered a performance that would have been inconceivable prior to the current stretch of episodes.

Only greater than the marks for the February 11 and February 4 episode, the 1.70 million viewership average is the series’ third-lowest on record. The 0.46 adults 18-49 rating is the second-worst; only last week’s episode fared worse in the key demo.

“Suits” has already been renewed for a fifth season, but the series’ recent performances offer no optimism about a life beyond that order.
