Papa Roach Goes Top 5, Sixx:AM Hits Top 10 on Mainstream Rock Songs

Once again governed by Three Days Grace’s “I Am Machine,” the weekly Billboard Mainstream Rock songs chart nonetheless features new additions to the top five and top ten.

The listing, which is based on Nielsen BDS Radio data, lists Papa Roach’s “Face Everything and Rise” at a new peak of #5. Up one place this week, the song commanded 1,183 mainstream rock spins during the tracking week.

A new top ten entry comes courtesy Sixx:AM. The band’s “Stars” rises three places to a new high of #10 on this week’s Mainstream Rock Songs chart. The track commanded 912 weekly spins.

Foo Fighters’ “Congregation” enters as both the week’s highest debut and greatest airplay gainer. It lands at #28 on the strength of 279 spins. Slipknot’s “Custer” (#37) and Thousand Foot Krutch’s “Untraveled Road” (#40) also debut this week.
