Fall Out Boy, Charli XCX to Perform at VH1’s 1/30 “Super Bowl Blitz”

Two successful, high-profile acts known for their energetic live performances will be playing the VH1 + Papa Johns “Super Bowl Blitz: A Concert for the Troops” on January 30.

Fall Out Boy and Charli XCX, the two acts, will perform live from Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Arizona. The show airs at 9PM ET on VH1 and will also stream on VH1.com and the VH1 app.

Nick Lachey has been tapped as host.

In its press release for the show, VH1 notes, “Fall Out Boy will perform their single ‘Centuries,’ currently number 13 on Billboard’s Hot 100, as well as fan favorites and quite possibly some of the tracks from ‘American Beauty/American Psycho,’ their album due January 20. Charli XCX will play hits ‘Boom Clap’ and ‘Break The Rules.'”

Rent-a-Center, Snickers, Tostitos and the aforementioned Papa John’s serve as sponsors for the event.
