Hot 100: Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” Hits New High, “Style” Returns

As if Taylor Swift, whose “1989” ended 2014 as the year’s best-selling album and whose “Blank Space” spends a seventh week atop the Hot 100, needed more good news.

Per Billboard, Swift’s “Bad Blood,” which was a very visible beneficiary of the Christmas week sales surge, rises to a new peak of #78 on the Hot 100. The supposed Katy Perry diss track, which has yet to be formally pushed as a single, had previously peaked at #80 on the all-encompassing listing.

Swift’s “Style,” another recipient of the Christmas sales boost and likely her next official single, meanwhile returns to the chart at #84. It had previously gone as high as #64 on the listing.

In addition to “Blank Space,” “Bad Blood” and “Style,” Swift is also represented by #9 “Shake it Off.”
