Nickelback is Again Most-Added at Rock; The Pretty Reckless Follows

Two of active rock radio’s fastest rising songs caught the eyes of more programmers this week.

For the second consecutive week, Nickelback’s “Million Miles an Hour” ranks as the rock format’s most-added song. Already #25 on the rolling airplay chart and in position of the format’s greatest week-over-week airplay gain, “Million Miles an Hour” lands at thirteen new monitored Mediabase stations this week.

The Pretty Reckless’ “Follow Me Down,” which is presently #29 on the rolling airplay chart, also enjoys a healthy adds week. The frame’s second-most-added track picks up support from 10 stations this week.

Other hot options for active rock programmers included Slash’s “Bent to Fly” (3rd-most-added, 7 adds), AC/DC’s “Rock or Bust” (4th-most-added, 5 adds), Linkin Park’s “Final Masquerade” (4th-most-added, 5 adds) and Papa Roach’s “Face Everything and Rise” (4th-most-added, 5 adds).
