The Voice’s Matt McAndrew Wins iTunes Bonus, Craig Wayne Boyd Follows (Updated)

Update: The voting deadline for this week’s “The Voice” has arrived, and it brings with it news that Matt McAndrew has secured an iTunes multiplier bonus.

Matt McAndrew continues to resonate with iTunes buyers, and that commercial appeal will very likely land the Team Adam member an iTunes multiplier bonus this week.

By 1:15AM ET, which came just fifteen minutes after Monday’s top twelve edition of “The Voice” aired on the west coast, McAndrew’s cover of “Take Me to Church” was already in the top ten on the iTunes all-genre single sales chart.

As long as it can retain that position through the close of voting–and there is no reason to believe it will not–it will secure the contestant the season’s first such multiplier bonus.

Closest behind McAndrew is fellow Team Adam member Damien. His “He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother” is up to #20 on the single sales chart.

Team Blake standout Craig Wayne Boyd follows at #23 with “You Look So Good in Love,” while Taylor John Williams’ “If” gives Team Gwen representation at #46.
