Randy Houser, Brett Eldredge Reach Top 20 at Country

Ruled this week by Blake Shelton’s “Neon Light,” the Mediabase country airplay chart welcomes two new songs into its top 20.

Randy Houser’s “Like a Cowboy” and Brett Eldredge’s “Mean to Me,” those songs, arrive at #19 and #20, respectively.

Houser’s tune, which is the follow-up to #1 Mediabase hit “Goodnight Kiss,” claims #19 this week on the strength of 3,027 weekly spins.

Eldredge’s “Mean to Me,” the follow-up to Eldredge’s own #1 hit in “Beat of the Music,” grabs the #20 spot courtesy its 2,948 weekly spins.

Other movers:

— Florida Georgia Line’s “Sun Daze” and Lee Brice’s “Drinking Class” reach the Top 25 at #23 and #25, respectively.

— Jake Owen’s “What We Ain’t Got” enters the Top 30 at #30.

— Joe Nichols’ “Hard to Be Cool” and Dierks Bentley’s “Say You Do” join the Top 40 at #38 and #40, respectively.
