Imagine Dragons’ “I Bet My Life” is Alternative’s Most-Added Song

No, it did not erupt in the manner of Foo Fighters’ “Something from Nothing,” but the new Imagine Dragons single is garnering solid interest from alternative radio programmers.

According to Mediabase, Imagine Dragons’ “I Bet My Life” landed at eighteen monitored stations to rank as the format’s most-added song. No other track received even a third of that support this week.

The lead single from the band’s forthcoming second album, “I Bet My Life” scored 133 spins during its first day of release. That positioned the track at #46 for the entire week between October 21 and 27.

It is currently #8 on iTunes.

— Other popular picks for alternative radio programmers included Airborne Toxic Event’s “Wrong” (5 monitored adds), BANKS’ “Beggin for Thread” (5 adds), Foo Fighters’ “Something from Nothing” (5 adds) and Royal Blood’s “Figure it Out” (5 adds).
