Hot 100: One Direction Starts at #13, Iggy Azalea, Tove Lo Hit Highs

Fueled by 186,000 first-week sales and solid initial airplay, One Direction’s “Steal My Girl” begins its Billboard Hot 100 run at #13.

The bow, which instantly establishes “Steal My Girl” as the group’s sixth-highest-charting single (in a tie with the “One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks)” cover medley), ranks as the best for any song on this week’s Billboard chart.

Absent any new releases, the Hot 100’s top 10 finds several songs reaching new peak positions.

Iggy Azalea’s “Black Widow (featuring Rita Ora)” climbs to #3 this week. Exploding at radio, the song now trails only Meghan Trainor’s #1 “All About That Bass” and Taylor Swift’s #2 “Shake it Off” on the all-encompassing Hot 100.

Tove Lo’s “Habits (Stay High)” reaches a new peak of #6 this week, while Jeremih’s “Don’t Tell ‘Em (featuring YG)” lifts to a new high of #7.

Maroon 5’s “Animals” rockets 25 places to a peak position of #8. It becomes the band’s tenth Top 10 single.
