First Look: Charli XCX Performs “Boom Clap” on “Late Night with Seth Meyers”

This spring, Charli XCX joined Iggy Azalea to perform “Fancy” on NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers.”

This Monday (July 7), she returns to the NBC late night series’ studio. And she does so alone.

Previously identified for her collaborative efforts on Icona Pop’s “I Love It” and the aforementioned “Fancy,” the singer-songwriter takes the stage in support of her breakthrough solo effort “Boom Clap.”

Currently #9 on iTunes, #19 on Mediabase’s pop radio airplay chart and #25 on the Billboard Hot 100, “Boom Clap” is in the process of cementing Charli XCX’s status as a pop superstar. The “Late Night” performance, which was taped Monday afternoon for broadcast at 12:35AM ET late Monday/early Tuesday, will help accelerate that effort.
