NBC Confirms Coldplay, OneRepublic for “The Voice”

Coldplay and OneRepublic, featuring lead singers familiar to “The Voice” environment, will join Tim McGraw and the previously announced Ed Sheeran as performers on Tuesday’s sixth season finale.

NBC announced the performers in a press release. The Tuesday, May 20 finale will also reveal whether Christina Grimmie, Josh Kaufman or Jake Worthington will reign as the show’s sixth winner.

Voting for that winner will be determined based on Monday’s performances. The three finalists will perform two songs; one will be chosen by their respective coaches, while the other will be selected by an online vote.

The Monday show will also feature performances by all four coaches.
