“The Voice'”s Josh Kaufman, Christina Grimmie Return to Hot 100

As projected in last week’s Hot 100 rundown, “The Voice” finalists Josh Kaufman and Christina Grimmie both appear on this week’s edition of Billboard’s definitive single track chart.

Kaufman, who previously appeared on the list courtesy his cover of “Stay with Me,” lands at a career-high #71 with “I Can’t Make You Love Me.”

Grimmie, meanwhile, earns a second consecutive visit to the Hot 100. After first making the chart with “Hold On, We’re Going Home,” Grimmie returns with her take on Lil Wayne’s “How to Love.” The track, which joined Kaufman’s cover in the Top 10 on the iTunes Single Sales chart, starts at #79 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Next week’s Hot 100 is expected to feature a debut appearance from “The Voice” finalist Jake Worthington, whose “Heaven” was the week’s best-selling recording. Kaufman should appear again with his take on “All of Me,” while eliminated contestant Kristen Merlin might have a shot at a Hot 100 debut with “Foolish Games.”
