Update: “The 100” Ratings Hold Up, “Arrow” Stays Weak

Update: Again on the receiving end of deflated lead-in support from The CW’s sophomore drama “Arrow,” “The 100” held up well in the ratings.

Responsible for a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating with 1.97 million viewers, the episode, in fact, enjoyed a slight gain from the 0.5 adults 18-49 rating and 1.80 million viewers garnered by last week’s telecast.

Earlier in the night, The CW’s sophomore drama “Arrow” held at its series low level in adults 18-49. The episode drew a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating with 2.19 million viewers.

After finally stabilizing last week, The CW’s “The 100” this week enjoyed a slight gain in the overnight metered market ratings.

The drama, which in considered the strongest bet for a renewal among the three “bubble” freshman series, posted a 1.5 overnight household rating. It was up by one tenth from last week’s 1.4.

The gain came even though lead-in “Arrow” slipped by two tenths to a 1.8 overnight rating this week.

Fast national data, which includes adults 18-49 and total viewership numbers, will be released by noon. Last week’s edition of “The 100” posted a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating with 1.80 million viewers. “Arrow” averaged a 0.7 with 2.26 million.
