“Suits” Casts Melanie Papalia as Mike’s New Secretary

If creator Aaron Korsh’s comments were not enough, here is more proof “Suits” lead Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) will not immediately rejoin the Pearson Specter fold.

USA confirmed Friday that Melanie Papalia (“The Newsroom”) will recur on the show’s fourth season as Mike’s new secretary.

“Papalia will play Amy, Mike Ross’s (Patrick J. Adams) new executive secretary,” says USA of the casting. “Bright and quick-witted, she develops a nearly instant rapport with Mike, aiding him in capacities both personal and professional, ensuring that even in tough times he keeps his eye on the ball.”

The network had previously announced DB Woodside, Brendan Hines and Michael Gross as recurring players for the show’s fourth season.

Currently in production, season four of “Suits” will begin airing this summer.
