Zendaya Releases Cover of John Legend’s Red-Hot “All of Me”

Here is a song you will definitely want to put on “Replay.”

Zendaya, known for her work on “Shake it Up” and a second place run on “Dancing with the Stars,” has collaborated with Kurt Hugo Schneider and Max Schneider on a cover of John Legend’s “All of Me.”

Incorporated into a cinematic, yet low-key music video, the cover was released Thursday as part of a “surprise” the singer-actress teased on her Twitter account. While not an instant blockbuster–it has thus far garnered 7,023 views–it has received strong marks from her fans.

Strategic in nature, the video serves to keep Zendaya’s musical profile intact as her debut single “Replay” falls from its peaks on the American sales and radio charts. It also associates her brand with what is arguably the hottest song in the country–one that could possibly overtake Pharrell’s “Happy” for number one in the coming weeks.
