FOX Books Yvonne Strahovski for “24,” Confirms Premiere Date

FOX this morning announced that Yvonne Strahovski, best known for her work on “Chuck” and “Dexter,” will be joining the cast of “24: Live Another Day.”

Strahovski, who will play London field operative Kate Morgan, is the latest in a list of newcomers that includes Giles Matthey, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Michael Wincott, and Judy Davis.

Returning names include franchise star Kiefer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub, William Devane and Kim Raver.

Billed as a limited engagement, “Live Another Day” opens with a two-hour premiere on Monday, May 5. It then returns to its old 9PM timeslot beginning the following week.
