FOX’s “Enlisted” Premieres to Weak Ratings, “Bones” Also Down

Premiering out of low-rated “Raising Hope” in the Friday at 9:30PM timeslot, “Enlisted” did not debut in an environment overrun with optimism.

Ratings for its premiere did not inspire any.

The military-themed comedy opened to a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating with 2.39 million viewers. While it retained much of its “Raising Hope” lead-in (0.8, 2.68 million), its performance was not the kind that wins a series a long-term future.

Collectively, the comedies placed fourth among the five broadcast networks in the 9PM timeslot.

Earlier in the night, FOX’s “Bones” dipped by two-tenths to a 1.5 rating with 6.79 million viewers. Though it narrowly lost to ABC’s “Last Man Standing” in the 8-8:30PM half hour, it ultimately won the full 8-9PM timeslot.
