“Glee” Confirms Dianna Agron for 100th Episode

Dianna Agron is not the first former cast member announced for “Glee'”s 100th episode, but she is definitely the most newsworthy.

After confirming former regulars Mark Salling, Amber Riley, Heather Morris, Harry Shum, Jr. and popular guest star Kristin Chenoweth for the upcoming milestone episode of “Glee,” series creator finally announced Thursday that Agron, who played Quinn Fabray, will also appear.

Anticipation over the Agron announcement was owed not to the character’s importance or the actress’ star quality but to her recent history with the “Glee” franchise. Unlike several former regulars, Agron was conspicuously missing from the show’s October tribute to the late Cory Monteith.

Her absence sparked vast accusations and rumors, most of which centered on a potential rift between Agron and the show’s creative brass.

“Glee” fans will likely never know if there was anything to the stories, but even if there was, it is not standing in the way of a Dianna Agron appearance on the March 18 episode of “Glee.”
