Ryan Murphy: Stevie Nicks to Appear on “American Horror Story”

Confirming what anyone watching the show had to assume was an inevitability, series creator Ryan Murphy confirmed that singer-songwriter Stevie Nicks will appear on the current season of FX’s “American Horror Story.”

“Guess who’s visiting the Coven? The legendary Stevie Nicks,” wrote Murphy on Twitter.

Playing into years of allegations that Nicks was involved in witchcraft, the ongoing “AHS: Coven” has repeatedly name-dropped the Fleetwood Mac alumna.

Lily Rabe’s character Misty Day, who idolizes Nicks, repeatedly plays the artist’s music in her swamp cabin.

Murphy did not confirm when–or in what respect–Nicks will appear on his show.
