Eminem’s New “MMLP2” Songs Explode Onto Sales Chart

With four different tracks in the iTunes Singles Top 10 and a new album atop the iTunes Album Sales chart, there was no mistaking that this week belonged to Eminem.

But as November 5, release day for his eagerly awaited “The Marshall Mathers LP 2,” progresses, so too does the magnitude of his reign on the digital sales charts.

At press time, nearly every song from Eminem’s critically acclaimed new album had advanced into the Top 100. Many had amassed impressive positions on the chart.

Led by a quartet of top tens, including “The Monster” (#1), “Rap God” (#6), “Survival” (#7) and “Berzerk” (#8), Eminem’s presence is all over the most important digital song sales chart.

The next notable foursome of charters includes “Beautiful Pain” (#29), “Love Game” (#38), “Headlights” (#42) and “Wicked Ways” (#50).

Others in the top 100 are “Bad Guy” (#55), “Legacy” (#59), “Rhyme or Reason” (#60), “Asshole” (#65), “Stronger Than I Was” (#74), “Desperation” (#77), “So Far” (#79), “So Much Better” (#90), and “Groundhog Day” (#100).

At press time, only standard issue tracks “Brainless” and “Evil Twin” and deluxe track “Baby” had failed to reach the top 100.
