“Dracula” Ratings Sink for Episode 2, “Grimm” Also Down

Proving excitement over last week’s numbers premature, NBC’s one-two drama punch of “Grimm” and “Dracula” tumbled in the ratings this week.

Following a low-rated “Why We (Heart) Vampires” special on NBC (0.7 adults 18-49 rating, 2.61 million viewers), “Grimm” landed 17% below last week’s mark with a 1.5 rating and 4.95 million viewers.

Still strong enough for number two in the timeslot (“Shark Tank” again claimed number one with a 1.9 and 7.11 million), “Grimm,” by losing steam, provided less lead-in support for new series “Dracula.”

That show, airing its second episode, slipped 28% to a 1.3 adults 18-49 rating with 3.44 million. After winning the 10PM timeslot last week, the NBC series was forced to settle for third place (out of three) this time around.
