“Total Divas” Preview Hypes Eva Marie, Injuries, JoJo-Justin Gabriel Kiss

With a shirtless shot of WWE Champion John Cena and plenty of gratuitous looks at its female stars, the latest promo for E! reality series “Total Divas” is not turning down its emphasis on sex appeal.

But the promo also indicates that the the show, though teased by EOnline as a “sexy look into the lives of WWE Divas,” will focus on more than aesthetics. The preview spotlights parties, relationship issues, backstage cattiness, feuds between partners, personal drama spilling into the ring and even injuries.

Far from high-brow and unlikely to appease much of WWE’s core demographic, the footage nonetheless does a far better job of pushing the show’s entertainment factor than the critically-panned clip did on Monday’s RAW.

Highlights of the preview video (featured below):
— The cast, which includes the Bella Twins, the Funkadactyls, Natalya, Eva Marie and JoJo, having fun in Vegas.
— Drama involving the Nikki/John Cena and Brie/Daniel Bryan couples.
— Cameron dealing with the size of her breasts.
— Eva Marie scoring a Maxim photoshoot and thus emerging as a threat to the Bellas.
— Eva Marie taking off her engagement ring ahead of a “business meeting” (evidently with Fandango).
— A kiss between Justin Gabriel and JoJo; noting Justin is in his thirties, Natalya predicts heartache for JoJo.
— Natalya’s frustration with how Tyson Kidd perceives their relationship.
— An issue between Jimmy Uso and Naomi that apparently spills over into the ring.
— An issue between Natalya and Cameron that apparently spills over into the ring.
— Injury scares to Jojo and Nikki Bella.
— An argument between the Funkadactyls that escalates into shoving.
