The Swon Brothers “Turn the Page,” Join Danielle, Michelle in “Voice” Finals

Several weeks ago, underdog duo The Swon Brothers could not even garner enough votes to advance to the top 12 on “The Voice.”

It took a save from coach Blake Shelton to keep them in the competition, but since that save, the duo has been rolling. And next week, they compete in the final round of the fourth “Voice” competition.

The Swons, who dominated iTunes with “Danny’s Song” and “Turn the Page,” find themselves in the top three alongside fellow Team Blake standout Danielle Bradbery and Team Usher favorite Michelle Chamuel.

Given that Sasha Allen, an immensely talented, but disconnected vocalist was her last hope, new coach Shakira will unsurprisingly be without representation in the finale.

More surprising is the fact that veteran “Voice” mainstay Adam Levine, who was represented by the powerhouse trio of Judith Hill, Sarah Simmons and Amber Carrington, will also be without a singer in the big dance. Despite solid sales for “Sad,” Carrington, whose “Firework” failed to resonate with viewers, ultimately did not get enough votes to advance.

Odds-on favorite Danielle Bradbery, strong contender Michelle Chamuel and dark horse duo The Swon Brothers compete in next week’s “The Voice” finale.
