NBC Passes on “Hatfields & McCoys,” “The Sixth Gun,” Other Pilots

At next week’s upfront presentation, NBC will formally reveal its new schedule, providing good news–and large breaths of fresh air–to those whose pilots are moving forward.

Unfortunately, May also requires networks to deliver bad news to pilots on which it is passing, and those “thanks, but no thanks” calls began coming Wednesday.

Deadline reports that NBC has officially passed on “Hatfields & McCoys,” “Bloodline,” “The Sixth Gun,” “The Gates,” “Joe, Joe & Jane,” “Night Shift,” “Holding Patterns” and “The Secret Lives of Husbands and Wives.”

The report adds that “Brenda Forever” did not make the fall schedule but could still be in contention as a midseason replacement.
