NBC Admits It Wasn’t “Ready For Love,” Quickly Cancels Reality Series

Two strikes, and you’re out!

After squandering a considerable portion of its “Voice” lead-in last week, “Ready for Love” performed even worse in week two and earned a hasty cancellation from NBC.

The tepidly-reviewed reality series received significant hype from the network, which gave it a high-profile bow behind its top show–and television’s top-rated reality competition series. Unfortunately, a miniscule portion of “The Voice”‘s viewership was “Ready for Love.”

Beginning April 30, “Grimm” will move into the Tuesday at 10PM slot (behind two-hour editions of “The Voice”). NBC did not announce what will air after “The Voice” this week.
