News broke late Monday afternoon that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was absent from RAW.
Given the significance of his scripted involvement–he was to plant the seeds for a PPV program with Brock Lesnar–there was reportedly “panic” about his absence from the lockerroom.
The reveal might have no bearing on the lockerroom chaos, but word has now come that The Rock will miss tonight’s show due to an undisclosed injury he suffered in his WrestleMania 29 match with John Cena.
It remains to be seen whether or not WWE will proceed with its planned Lesnar-Rock angle in the coming weeks.
