CBS Drops “The Job” From Schedule, Goes Back “Undercover”
By Brian Cantor on February 18, 2013
As another network’s personality might say, “you’re fired.”
After two abysmally-rated broadcasts, CBS’ “The Job” will no longer air in its Friday night timeslot. Though the network has not formally announced a cancellation, it is beyond unlikely that CBS will order more episodes of the reality series.
Four produced episodes remain unaired; CBS has not yet scheduled a burn-off date.
Beginning this Friday, “Undercover Boss” returns to the Friday at 8PM timeslot.
