UFC Reveals Next Challenger for Cain Velasquez’s Heavyweight Championship

Cain Velasquez destroyed him in their last bout, but after an impressive knockout victory over Alistair Overeem, Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva will get another crack at the current champion.

UFC confirmed that Silva will headline against Velasquez on the May 25 show at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena.

That show, UFC 160, will also feature heavyweight action in the co-main-event. Beneath the Velasquez-Silva fight will be a potential number one contender’s bout between former champ Junior dos Santos and Alistair Overeem.
