Brock Lesnar made his return to WWE television Monday, and WWE has taken to its website to build an injury angle.
Just as WWE Chairman Vince McMahon was about to fire Paul Heyman for his apparent collusion with The Shield and Brad Maddox, Lesnar walked down the Las Vegas-based ramp. Despite McMahon’s cries not to do something he would regret, Lesnar happily delivered a crushing F5 to McMahon.
Stemming from that attack, WWE.com is teasing that McMahon suffered a storyline “broken pelvis.”
At press time, Brock Lesnar was scheduled to square off with Triple H at WrestleMania 29. Attacking Triple H’s father-in-law presumably sets that storyline in motion.
