WWE Viewers Flock to CM Punk, Vince McMahon Main-Event

The overall rating for Monday’s WWE RAW might have been underwhelming, but the pivotal segment involving Vince McMahon, CM Punk, Ryback and John Cena delivered all it could possibly deliver from a viewership standpoint.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, that main-event segment added 1.233 million viewers from the prior quarter hour, making for one of the biggest segment viewership gains in recent WWE memory.

With the additional viewers, the show peaked with a 3.46 household rating in that final quarter, which is a respectable number for RAW.

If only the rest of the show had performed at such a level.
