WWE Update Seemingly Confirms the Release of Diva

Update: Kharma’s profile has been added back to the active Superstars section of the WWE website. It is unclear if this was a legitimate mistake or if WWE simply did not want the word getting out yet, but Kharma’s comment on Twitter about being “promoted to the alumni section” seemed to imply there was more to the story than a mere logistics error.

A change to WWE’s website appears to confirm the release of a popular female performer.

Kharma, who save for a surprise appearance at the Royal Rumble had been absent from television since announcing her pregnancy (which resulted in a miscarriage), has been moved to the “Alumni” section of WWE’s website.

That switch, though not as official as WWE’s typical “future endeavors” press release, strongly suggests she is no longer with the company.

Discussing the situation on Twitter, Kharma, real name Kia Stevens, wrote, “Getting a flood of dm’s. I guess the cat’s out of the bag,” before further clarifying, “Yes. I have been officially promoted to the alumni section of the WWE roster.”
