Houston Rockets Trading Kyle Lowry to Toronto Raptors for Draft Pick

The team failed to retain breakout point guard Goran Dragic, but Houston is nonetheless proceeding without Kyle Lowry.

Specifics of the deal are still being finalized, ESPN notes, but the trade is definitely expected to happen.
