NBC Orders New Shows from “Lost,” “Glee” Creators
By Brian Cantor on May 7, 2012
At least some of NBC’s 2012-13 lineup will include offerings from familiar faces; the Peacock handed out three series orders Monday, all of which involve an established name.
On the dramatic side, NBC picked up “Lost” creator JJ Abrams’ “Revolution,” which centers on a group surviving in a world without energy.
That drama pickup will accompany comedy series “The New Normal,” which comes from “Glee” and “American Horror Story” creator Ryan Murphy and “Save Me,” a comedic vehicle for Anne Heche.
NBC had previously ordered Matthew Perry’s “Go On.”
