“Two and a Half Men” Ratings Lead Night, “The Voice,” “House” Fall

“Two and a Half Men” returned with an original Monday night, and it now reigns as the clear Monday night ratings king.

NBC’s “The Voice,” on the heels of its successful post-Super Bowl season premiere, looked untouchable several weeks ago as it easily topped CBS’ veteran comedy. But a fast decline of interest in NBC’s reality show has brought its numbers firmly below those of the fairly-consistent “Men,” and Monday nights once again belong to CBS.

“Men” scored a 3.7 adults 18-49 rating with 11.3 million, beating the two-hour “Voice” (3.5, 9.4 million) and even its higher-rated 9PM hour (3.6, 9.6 million).

CBS saw improved performances from “How I Met Your Mother” (3.2, 7.9 million), “2 Broke Girls” (3.5, 9.2 million) and “Mike & Molly” (3.2, 10.2 million). Up against NBC’s “Smash” (1.8, 5.4 million), CBS’ sophomore drama “Hawaii 5-0” managed a 2.5 and 10.8 million.

FOX, meanwhile, delivered “Bones” (1.9, 7.0 million) and “House” (2.1, 6.6 million). Neither was great on the competitive night, and at this point, it looks like the latter is about to end its eight-season FOX run with a whimper.

ABC featured “Dancing with the Stars” (2.7, 15.8 million) and “Castle” (2.4, 11.4 million).
