While the going assumption was that Randy Orton was to win this year’s Royal Rumble, and he remains the favorite, F4WOnline.com says WWE is at least considering other options at this point.
As it stands, indications are that the two WrestleMania title matches will involve Chris Jericho and Randy Orton as the respective challengers, so logic suggests Jericho is now in contention to win this year’s annual over-the-top-rope challenge.
WWE, of course, could design one of its ‘Mania title bouts as a three-way or even give Orton the belt ahead of the pay-per-view, so it is not a lock that a surprise contender will not emerge as the winner.
