FX Renews “The League” For a Fourth Season

FX’s critically-acclaimed comedy “The League” has been renewed for a fourth season, PR for the show confirmed on various social networks Tuesday.

Though not a ratings heavy-hitter, the series has performed reliably-enough in the adults 18-49 demographic to warrant another season of edgy hijinks on FX.

Its most recent episode averaged a 0.7 A18-49 rating and 1.0 million viewers, leading out of an episode of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” (1.4 million, 0.9). One would assume “The League” will again be paired with “Sunny” next season.
