Report Claims UFC Scores TV Deal with FOX, Dana White Denies Story

The latest rumor on UFC’s television negotiations is a big one–Sports Business Daily says the leading mixed martial arts promotion has inked a deal with FOX.

According to the report, the long-term deal with FOX, possibly valued in the $90 million/year territory, calls for as many as four primetime fight cards to air annual on the leading television network for adults 18-49.

UFC’s cable offerings, meanwhile, would move from Versus and Spike TV to FX. Additional programming would be featured on the Fuel network.

UFC President Dana White, however, is denying that anything is finalized.

“You guys will know when we have a TV deal,” said White to MMaJunkie.
