CM Punk Drives WWE Ice Cream Bars Buzz on RAW, Major TNA Impact Spoiler

CM Punk’s final WWE RAW promo culminated with an intense, hard-sell for Sunday’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view match, but a wry reference to WWE’s infamous ice cream bars is currently dominating Twitter buzz.

Effective 11:45PM EDT, “WWE Ice Cream Bars” was the fourth-highest trending topic on Twitter and the only wrestling related inquiry in the worldwide or US top ten.

Punk scored a massive audience reaction when he referenced the bars as part of his contractual “demands” for staying with WWE. WWE’s former novelty product is always good for a positive fan reaction; Freddie Prinze, Jr. referenced them to solidify his status as a true WWE fan while hosting an August 2009 edition of RAW.
