WWE Confirms Fan Choice Match For Next Week’s RAW

Following up on its claim that an error in the vote-computation prevented WWE from following through with the fans’ desire for Evan Bourne vs. Sin Cara, WWE confirmed Tuesday that the match will take place on next week’s RAW.

The “power to the people” option, which saw Sin Cara, Jack Swagger and Mason Ryan in contention for a match with Mason Ryan, clearly was designed to drive a fan vote for Sin Cara. Yet Mason Ryan surprisingly ended up winning, and WWE quickly confirmed that the result was due to carry-over voting from the previous Divas’ match.

Since WWE maintains that fans actually wanted Sin Cara vs. Evan Bourne, that match has been scheduled for Monday’s show.
