WWE Confirms Big Superstar’s RAW Return, John Morrison Injury Update

WWE confirmed that John Morrison underwent surgery for a pinched nerve in his neck Monday, which will result in a short absence from the ring.

“In a procedure to alleviate pain and weakness in his arm, Dr. [Joseph] Moroon created a small incision in the back of Morrison’s neck and moved the bone as well as the C5 and C6 discs from around the nerve route,” the WWE.com story confirmed.

WWE estimates the recovery time at four to six weeks.

— Local advertising lists “Stone Cold” Steve Austin for the June 13 edition of WWE RAW. The show takes place in Long Island at the Nassau Colisseum.
