News on Big TNA Star’s WWE Debut, Another WWE Start Postponed

A consistent driver of speculation about WWE’s plans, the debut of former TNA Knockout Awesome Kong appears to be finally set for April.

That is according to F4WOnline.com, which says Kong’s first on-air appearance is set for shortly after WrestleMania next month. Kong had been given various start dates and, at one point, was speculated as a potential surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble, but it now appears she will be part of WWE’s annual post-Mania talent drive.

On the subject of WWE debuts, it remains unclear when Tyler Black will get his first exposure to WWE fans. For the second time, he was told he would be on the latest season of NXT only for WWE to change plans–this time, it was because WWE wanted to run the season as a “redemption” special.
