According to a F4WOnline.com, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has told insiders that the current plan is for The Undertaker to wrestle Wade Barrett at WrestleMania 27.
With The Undertaker’s ‘Mania appearance essentially confirmed by virtue of his booking for the AXXESS autograph signing that weekend, speculation has turned from “will he or won’t he” into “who will he wrestle?” Given that Undertaker’s winning streak is such an important fixture of the ‘Mania festivities, there was definitely some interest in making his match the focal point of the show, but things are currently looking much more “normal” for the WWE veteran.
The potential match with Brock Lesnar appears out of the question, and there was nothing substantive to the rumors of Kimbo Slice’s involvement. That leaves Wade Barrett and Kane as the top candidates for the match, and WWE insiders are now saying that Barrett is the frontrunner.
Of course, given WWE’s tendency to change plans on the fly (the move to a 40-man Royal Rumble was decided just weeks ago), the Undertaker-Barrett match should not be viewed as confirmed.

The Undertaker should go down in style,but a loss I think it should be Shawn Micheals vs.Brock Lesnar vs.Bobby Lashley vs. Undertaker vs.Stone Cold vs. Triple H in Elimination Last man Standing man-Hell in a cell. with the other matchesbeing short and this one last a good 1 hour and a half to 2hours. with then leaping off the cage an undertaker tombstone brock lesnar through the cell on to the ring. There should be no question on what HBK has acomplished in his career and the fact that his is one WWE’ s greatest of all time. ..but another HBK vs UNDERTAKER MATCH has no kick to it anymore. That match came and went last year and another round does not intrest me or alot of other people. He ended his career with a bang going up against the undertaker I think that chapter is done. Now, does he have another 2 to 3 three years in him.. HELL YEAH! I think he may have even 10!! Look at HOGAN and THE NATURE BOY. It should be The UNDERTAKER vs Kane in a CAGE or a lastman standing match,Kane has to pay for wat he did to DEADMAN! My first question is, why would anyone want to pay $50 for a WM27 event that has the Undertaker vs Shawn Micheals again. Come on!! They fought in WM25, WM26, & now you are asking for WM27 too. If that’s the case, why not let them fight in WM28-WM30. If Takers is not facing Sting or Booker T, I have no interest in watching the match.
Undertaker & Kane will both be retiring in the next year or two. Hopefully Hogan & Flair will do the same. Shawn Micheals should come back only as the Raw GM or an announcer.
