Kristen Stewart Remains Top Choice for “Snow White?”

Though numerous actresses have begun testing for the title role in Universal’s upcoming “Snow White and the Huntsman,” Kristen Stewart reportedly remains a top choice for the part.

THR says that Universal has “kept coming back” to the “Twilight” actress for the key role. Other names in negotiations for parts include Viggo Mortensen as the Huntsman and Charlize Theron as the queen.

According to THR, Riley Keough, Felicity Jones, Alicia Vikander, Emily Browning have all recently tested for the role, but none has necessarily emerged as preferable to Stewart. Those behind “Snow White” have reportedly “been making repeated overtures [to the actress] even as late as last week.”
