WWE Superstar William Regal made waves during this week’s European tour by implying that his tenure as an active wrestler was soon to end.
While he has not yet assured fans that the retirement talk was unwarranted, he did soften his stance about ending his WWE run in a Twitter update.
“I’m having a great tour and wrestling Daniel Bryan has made me realize that unless I can keep up to that standard it’s possibly time for me to start winding down,” Tweeted Regal.
He added, “I said it might be my last tour the other day not that it was.I would like to continue with quality and not quantity.”
