CBS Keeps “Mike & Molly,” “Defenders,” “Hawaii 5-0” For Full Seasons

CBS offered judgment on all of its new series this week, and all of the freshmen shows passed with flying colors.

The network has handed back nine orders to its entire array of new series. That means “Mike & Molly,” “The Defenders,” “$#*! My Dad Says,” “Hawaii 5-0” and “Blue Bloods” have all scored complete first seasons at the Eye network.

None of the series has performed on par with optimistic initial expectations, but as all have performed admirably amid an environment in which getting eyeballs on new shows has been difficult, the orders were no-brainers.

Update: As an update, Deadline reports that the “$#*!” order is for six episodes and three scripts while “Mike & Molly” is expected to receive an eleven episode extension.
