Heat On WWE Superstar, New Gimmick for MVP?, Jack Swagger

Following another trip to the proverbial WWE doghouse, WWE Superstar MVP is reportedly pushing to develop a new on-air gimmick, says the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

WWE management was sour on MVP prior to his feud with Jack Swagger; no reason for the heat was given, but it was said to be for the “same reasons he has been in and out [of the doghouse] for the past two years.”

Interestingly, MVP’s supposed idea for the new gimmick is that of a rapper–he has even recorded a song to go along with the proposed gimmick change. It is unclear how the gimmick would differ from that of R-Truth.

For what it is worth, WWE officials remain quite high on Jack Swagger, who reportedly complements his athletic ability and size with a great work ethic and attitude.
