With Edward Norton out of the Incredible Hulk role for the upcoming “Avengers” film, speculation has run wild about who will be the third actor to step into the role in seven years.
A report on Deadline might provide a clue. The word going around is that Mark Ruffalo is in “late-stage discussions” to play the character in the 2012 film.
Neither representatives for Ruffalo nor Marvel have commented on the report.
