NBC’s “The Office” Makes Gabe a Full-Time Employee

EW reported Wednesday that Zach Woods was promoted to series regular for the upcoming seventh season of NBC’s “The Office.”

Woods debuted this past season as the meek Gabe Lewis, Sabre’s “director of emerging regions coordination” tasked with overseeing operations in offices like the Scranton branch. An all-work, no-play individual, Gabe was a source of humor for his awkward, ineffective attempts to demonstrate his authority and garner respect from the Dunder Mifflin employees.

Emmy-winning “The Office” returns for its seventh season, again at 9PM on Thursdays, this fall.
