Another “Heroes” Star Thinks the Show Will be Back

Add Ali Larter to the list of “Heroes” cast members expecting the show to return next season.

Following in the footsteps of Greg Grunberg, who surprisingly predicted the show would return for a fifth season at a time when the prospects appeared even grimmer than they do now, Larter demonstrated optimism about the sci-fi drama’s future.

“I think that we’ll be back,” Larter told the crowd at WonderCon. “I think that there are still stories that need to be told.”

After launching as a juggernaut with adults 18-49 several years ago, “Heroes” has gradually bled almost all of its viewership, critical acclaim and media buzz. In addition to posting fourth season ratings that could only fly because NBC has been so greatly struggling, the most recent set of episodes generated barely a fraction of the attention season one and two did with media outlets.
